Keyboard shortcuts
Use the editor without repeatedly opening panels.

Editor shortcuts

When shortcuts do not run
Most single-key shortcuts are ignored while typing in a text field. Click the timeline or preview first. Check the selection before deleting.
Recording shortcuts
Stop and pause shortcuts are global and can fall back to another combination if a different app reserves the preferred one. Use the combination shown for the current session, or the floating controls/system tray.
