Your Tieddr Account downloads page shows the available version, file size, and your download history. Install the MSI from your browser's downloads, then open Pro Screen.

Before downloading

The installer is not Authenticode-signed. Your browser or Windows may show a reputation or unknown-publisher warning. Signing in does not remove those warnings.

Download through account.tieddr.com. Do not disable your browser's security protections.

Installing and updating

Which download should I use?

Use the Windows MSI linked above. It installs the app; a source-code ZIP from GitHub is not the installer. macOS and Linux downloads are not available yet.

Why is there a security warning?

The listed installer is unsigned. Verify that it comes from the linked release and compare its SHA-256 checksum if needed. A matching checksum confirms the file matches that release; it is not a security certification. Do not disable browser or Windows protections.

Will updating remove my projects?

Back up your project folders and exports before installing another version. Keep the entire project folder, not only its manifest. Installing an update and exporting a video are separate operations.

Why are website features missing in my app?

The videos show a development build. Compare the installed version in Settings with the release listed here. An update check or notification does not install a new version automatically.

The app will not open. What should I send?

Email support@tieddr.com with the version, Windows version, download source, and exact error. See the support checklist. Do not send passwords or an unreviewed screen recording.
